Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Custom Installation Products
Due to the custom nature of our light-reflective ceiling installations, these products are generally non-returnable once installation has begun. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer the following protections:
Design Phase Returns
If you decide to cancel your order during the design phase, before fabrication of materials has begun:
- Within 7 days of placing your order: Full refund of deposit minus a 5% administrative fee
- Within 8-14 days of placing your order: 75% refund of deposit
- After 14 days but before fabrication begins: 50% refund of deposit
Product Defects
If any products are found to be defective upon delivery or installation, we will replace them at no additional cost. To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery/installation
- Provide photos or other documentation of the defects
- Allow our representative to inspect the products, if necessary
Standard Products and Materials
For non-custom standard products (sample kits, DIY panels, maintenance products):
Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:
- Products are in original, unopened packaging
- Products are in new, unused condition
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- You contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service department to arrange the exchange. If the exchange is due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within 15 business days after our confirmation, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund appears. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (you received damaged, defective, or incorrect items). Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
For large items or installed products that need to be returned, additional fees may apply. Please contact us for specific arrangements.
Cancellations
For large projects or custom installations, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellation before site assessment: Full refund of deposit
- Cancellation after site assessment but before material ordering: 90% refund of deposit
- Cancellation after material ordering but before installation: 50% refund of deposit, minus actual costs incurred
- Cancellation after installation begins: No refund, full payment required
Warranty
Our products come with the following warranties:
- Residential light-reflective ceiling installations: 10-year limited warranty
- Commercial light-reflective ceiling installations: 7-year limited warranty
- DIY panel kits: 5-year limited warranty
- Maintenance products: 1-year warranty
Warranties cover manufacturing defects and performance issues but do not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Please see our separate Warranty document for complete details.
